The web form below may be used by artists wishing to submit their contact information, biography and photo to the Accès Asie Artists Database.

When completing the form:

Please use your full name.
Please include a professional digital color photo of yourself, of your group or of your work in one of these formats: jpg, gif, eps, tiff or psd. Photo should be no smaller than 3 inches and the resolution of 150 dpi or higher.
Please include your full name in the photo's file name. If you don't have a digital photo, you can send a hard copy at the Festival's office.
