Messages to the FestivalHaving such recognized political figures welcoming you to our Festival is new and long overdue. It is hard to believe that it has taken the Festival over eleven years to finally invite these honored guests to send messages to the Festival. As I become older and hopefully wiser, I am realizing more and more, the astounding force, influence and power that politicians have in shaping our daily lives. Government decision makers can and do impact greatly on our existence on this land, in this world, on this earth.
